MANAGED WEB & HOSTING

Keep the website

working after launch.

MindWorks provides hosting, updates, backups, security, monitoring, maintenance, and technical support for WordPress websites that businesses depend on.

WHY MANAGED WEB

Launch is not the finish line.

WordPress websites continue changing after launch. Core software, plugins, hosting, certificates, forms, integrations, and security all require ongoing attention. Managed Web gives the site an owner for that technical responsibility.

01

You do not want to manage WordPress

Updates, backups, plugins, troubleshooting, and site health should not become another internal responsibility.

02

The site matters to the business

Leads, customers, content, forms, transactions, and business credibility depend on the site remaining available.

03

You need someone to notice problems

Monitoring and maintenance are more useful when someone is responsible for responding when something changes.

04

Updates need more care

Plugins, themes, WordPress, PHP, or WooCommerce changes can introduce conflicts that need testing and judgment.

05

You occasionally need website help

Small content, layout, form, and configuration changes should have a clear support path.

06

You want continuity

The people who understand the website should remain available after the original project is complete.

MANAGED WEB PLANS

Choose the level of management the website actually needs.

All managed plans include hosting.
The difference is how much ongoing website management, testing,
support, and minor work MindWorks handles.

WHAT MANAGED MEANS

Someone is responsible for the environment.

Managed Web combines the infrastructure underneath the site with the WordPress maintenance and technical oversight above it.

01

Hosting

Server/platform management, SSL, caching, CDN where appropriate, and the infrastructure required to keep the website available.

02

Updates

WordPress, theme, and plugin updates are managed according to the plan rather than left indefinitely outdated.

03

Backups

Automated backups and recovery capability reduce the risk of a change becoming an irreversible problem.

04

Monitoring

Uptime, SSL, security, site health, and plan-specific commerce or form checks provide visibility into problems.

05

Maintenance

Database, performance, configuration, staging, and technical housekeeping help prevent avoidable deterioration.

06

Support

There is a defined technical relationship when the website needs attention instead of finding a new developer each time.

GROWTH & COMMERCE

Minor website work is built into the relationship.

Growth and Commerce include a limited monthly allowance for qualifying minor website changes so every small request does not need a separate proposal.

01

Content Updates

Small text, image, business-information, or existing-page content changes.

02

Small Layout Changes

Minor adjustments to existing sections, components, spacing, or responsive behavior.

03

Form Changes

Small edits to existing forms, fields, notifications, and related front-end configuration.

04

Minor CSS / Configuration

Small visual or configuration adjustments that fit within the monthly time allowance.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Managed does not mean unlimited development.

The plans are designed to maintain and support the website. Larger changes are scoped separately so recurring service remains predictable for both sides.

Minor work can include

  • Text and image updates
  • Small layout changes
  • Simple existing-page sections
  • Small form changes
  • Minor CSS adjustments
  • Business-information updates

Typically scoped separately

  • New substantial pages
  • New major functionality
  • Custom development
  • API or CRM integrations
  • Major WooCommerce changes
  • Large content imports
  • Professional copywriting
  • SEO campaigns
  • Malware remediation
  • Emergency recovery projects

FAQ

Before choosing a plan.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Hosting is included in Managed Web Essential, Managed Web Growth, and Managed Commerce. Hosting Only is also available separately for one standard business WordPress website.

What does Hosting Only include?

Hosting Only includes the hosting platform, SSL, server/platform management, caching or CDN where appropriate, automated backups, infrastructure uptime monitoring, and support for hosting-related failures. It does not include WordPress, plugin, theme, or Divi maintenance.

Does monthly website work roll over?

No. The included minor-work allowance is intended for ongoing small requests during the current billing month. Unused time does not accumulate or roll over.

Is business email included?

No. Business mailbox hosting is separate. Website-generated transactional or form email may be configured as part of the website environment where relevant.

Can you manage a website built by someone else?

Often, yes. Existing sites may require a technical review before onboarding so MWorks can confirm the environment is maintainable and compatible with the selected managed plan.

Do you guarantee a specific PageSpeed score?

No specific PageSpeed score is guaranteed. Performance depends on the site, media, plugins, third-party scripts, integrations, hosting requirements, and other factors. MWorks focuses on practical performance and a healthy production environment.
