START A PROJECT

Tell us what needs
to work better.

You do not need to know which technology to ask for. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, what is getting in the way, and where you need help. We’ll determine the right place to start.

01 / PROJECT

I know what I need.

Website, e-commerce, automation, software, integration, infrastructure, or migration.

02 / DIRECTION

I know the problem, not the solution.

Several systems, workflows, or technology issues need to be understood together.

Technology Assessment →

03 / ONGOING

I need ongoing management.

Website management, hosting, application support, or infrastructure ownership.

Discuss management →

04 / EXISTING CLIENT

I already work with MindWorks.

Existing customers can access invoices, projects, services, files, and account information through the Client Portal.

START THE CONVERSATION

Give us enough context to understand the problem.

You do not need to prepare a formal specification. A clear description of the business, what you are trying to accomplish, what exists today, and what is not working is usually enough to begin.

For active projects, billing, or account-specific matters, use the Client Portal whenever possible.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

No automated sales maze.

The purpose of the first conversation is to understand whether the problem fits MindWorks, whether enough is known to scope it, and what the appropriate next step is.

01 / REVIEW

We review the request.

We look at the problem, project type, current environment, timing, and available context.

02 / DISCUSS

We clarify what matters.

If there appears to be a fit, we discuss the business need, existing systems, constraints, and desired outcome.

04 / SCOPE

We identify the starting point.

That may be a direct project, a technical assessment, the broader Business Technology Assessment, or an ongoing managed relationship.

SOFTWARE

The next phase is defined.

When implementation is appropriate, project scope, responsibilities, investment, and next steps are defined separately.

BEFORE YOU CONTACT US

A few common questions.

Do I need a complete project specification?

No. In many cases, understanding the business problem, current systems, users, constraints, and desired outcome is more useful than receiving a predefined technical solution.

What if I am not sure what service I need?

Select “Not Sure Yet” and explain the problem. If the issue spans several systems or requires broader analysis, the Business Technology Assessment may be the appropriate starting point.

Is there a minimum project size?

Most standalone implementation projects begin around $1,500, while specific services have their own starting prices. Smaller ongoing needs may fit a managed service relationship instead.

Can MindWorks take over an existing website or application?

Often, yes. Existing systems may first need a compatibility, architecture, security, or technical review depending on their condition and complexity.

Do you work only with businesses in Las Vegas?

No. MindWorks works remotely with businesses and organizations beyond Nevada as well as with local clients.

I am already a client. Should I use this form?

For active projects, account matters, services, billing, and ongoing work, the Client Portal is generally the better starting point.
