4. MWorks Commerce Bridge and Amazon Selling Partner API
MWorks Commerce Bridge is an integration service designed to connect authorized Amazon seller operations with supported ecommerce systems, including WooCommerce.
When an Amazon seller authorizes MWorks Commerce Bridge, the application may access information made available through the Amazon Selling Partner API (“SP-API”) that is required to provide the authorized integration services.
Commerce Bridge processes Amazon seller and marketplace identifiers, product identifiers, FBA inventory quantities, and non-buyer order information such as order references, status, fulfillment channel, SKU, and quantity. It calculates FBM availability using WooCommerce inventory, Amazon FBA totals, and the configured safety buffer.
From WooCommerce, Commerce Bridge reads mapped product identifiers, names, SKUs, stock quantities, and stock-management/status information. The current application does not request restricted buyer-PII roles or provide buyer/customer-data functionality.
MWorks does not use Amazon seller information obtained through SP-API for advertising, marketing profiling, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Amazon information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the functionality authorized by the seller.
6. How We Share Information
MWorks does not sell Amazon seller information or personal information obtained through our services.
We may disclose information to service providers that support the operation of our business and technology infrastructure, including providers of:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Email delivery
- Security monitoring
- Database and storage services
- Payment processing
- Customer support systems
- Analytics and performance monitoring
Such service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to MWorks and are subject to applicable contractual and security obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect MWorks, our customers, users, systems, or legal rights.
7. Data Security
MWorks maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
Security measures may include:
- Encryption of stored Amazon refresh tokens at rest
- HTTPS/TLS protects public web access and supported external API communications. Other safeguards include restricted access and network controls.
- Restricted administrative access
- Multi-factor authentication where supported or required
- Network access controls
- Web application firewall protection for applicable internet-facing services
- Malware and security monitoring
- Logging and audit controls
- Vulnerability management
- Security updates and patch management
- Incident-response procedures
- Backup and recovery controls
No system can guarantee absolute security. MWorks continually evaluates and updates safeguards appropriate to the nature of the systems and information being protected.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
MWorks retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, satisfy contractual obligations, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Information obtained through Amazon SP-API is retained only for purposes permitted by Amazon policies and applicable agreements.
Sellers may request deletion of Commerce Bridge data by contacting hello@mworks.io. We verify the requester’s authority and process the request subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and backup-retention requirements. Revoking application authorization stops authorized future access but does not itself confirm deletion of previously stored records.
Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention or security investigations, or permitted by applicable contractual requirements.
10. Third-Party Services
MWorks services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, services, websites, APIs, or applications.
